Bookings are essential and can only be made online by MasterCard or Visa
If Hoochy Poochy is not advised of a cancellation/appointment reschedule 24 hours of the scheduled booking, the session will be forfeited.
Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
There will be no extensions to 10- or 20-day pass packages under any circumstances.
Hoochy Poochy will only accept friendly dogs that share – they must not be territorial over food, toys or space and must like other people and dogs.
Up to 12 months can be entire (i.e. not desexed). Dogs’ over 12 months must be spayed or neutered (desexed).
Puppies for Puppy Playgroup are welcome from 8-16 weeks and with first vaccination. Puppies older than 16 weeks are eligible for full days of daycare and must be fully vaccinated to attend casual sessions.
All dogs must arrive on leash wearing a collar and ID tag including dogs’ name. For the safety of your pup and others, we ask that you please remove your dogs AirTag or attach it to their lead before entering our daycare.
Studded collars and correction collars will not be accepted.
Hoochy Poochy will not be liable for any damage to leads/harness/collars etc whilst dogs attend daycare.
Hoochy Poochy will not be liable for any injuries caused by other dogs during daycare attendance.
Lunch service charge applies to all dogs 6 months and older. $10.00 per dog.
Healthy dogs – must provide proof of current vaccination, preferably C5, 24 hours prior to session.
If your dog is sick or injured, we need to know. Dogs cannot attend with anything contagious e.g. canine cough, papillomas, conjunctivitis.
Dogs’ that present symptoms of canine cough must be collected early, the daycare session will be forfeited and owners will be asked to isolate their pooch from daycare and dog parks for 14 days as a precaution to others attending (even if cleared by your vet).
If a customer books a venue in error, they can change the venue up to 24 hours before appointment using Acuity Scheduling Booking System. However, on the day of the booking, the venue cannot be transferred, and a customer must attend the venue as booked or the session is forfeited.
Bath and grooming service available Tuesday – Thursday by appointment only to dogs already attending daycare. Not available to first timers or puppies. Check the box at time of booking to add this service to your daycare session and a member of our team will be in touch to confirm. Additional charges for nail trimming, difficult or matted dogs. Clients must advise of any change to their contact details.
If a dog requires medication for conditions such as epilepsy, joint problems etc. the owner must supply the medication with directions of use.
Dogs will only be handed to the authorized person/s whose name/s appear/s on the registration form. An exception to this rule will only apply if prior written notice is given by the owner to Hoochy Poochy staff stating the full name and phone number of the person permitted to pick up the owner’s dog. will be required before any dog is handed over to any 3rd party.
All dogs must be collected no later than 6.30pm. Late charges $25.00 per 10 minutes or part thereof after 6:30pm.
