LUNCH SERVICE CHARGE
Applicable to dogs’ 6 months and older.
Due to the overwhelming number of dogs attending with lunches, we regretfully must apply a service charge. The reason is that it requires one staff member to supervise the eating which takes about 10 minutes which means we have one less team member supervising the other dogs.
Further, we must rest the dogs for a minimum of 15minutes after eating as a safety protocol before allowing them back to play with their friends.
Please ensure that you give your dog breakfast before attending and try to toilet them as well.
The lunch service charge will be $10.00 per dog and payable at drop off by EFTPOS only.
If you do bring food, please label your dog’s food container.
